- Mixed greens, rocket, dandelion green, lettuce, even kale,preferably organic…
- Punnet of Organic strawberries.
- Some mixed seeds, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin..
- 1 red pepper cut into bite size cubes.
- For the dressing, 1 lemon, 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbs apple cider vinegar ‘not pasteurised’, black peppers.
Mix all the ingredients, and only add the dressing just before you serve for freshness. x
