Chia Seed Blueberry Pudding.

Loaded with fibre, protein, Omega 3 fatty acids & other micro nutrients, Chia seeds are being hailed as a super food, naturally gluten free, non GMO and usually organically grown, hence why I try to add them to my diet whenever I can, adding an antioxidant rich food like blueberries to this pudding, makes it so nutritious and a great free radical fighter.

  • Half a cup of chia seeds
  • 2 Cardamoms ‘Cardamoms is a great anti septic’
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A handful of blueberries or any berries available to you. Frozen berries are fine too.
  • Coconut Kefir or yoghurt.

Mix all ingredients together, and soak for an hour or more in the fridge, enjoy away from your main meal, as a pudding or breakfast. You can also add a handful of nuts if you like.fullsizeoutput_2b4e.jpeg
