Loaded with fibre, protein, Omega 3 fatty acids & other micro nutrients, Chia seeds are being hailed as a super food, naturally gluten free, non GMO and usually organically grown, hence why I try to add them to my diet whenever I can, adding an antioxidant rich food like blueberries to this pudding, makes it so nutritious and a great free radical fighter.
- Half a cup of chia seeds
- 2 Cardamoms ‘Cardamoms is a great anti septic’
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A handful of blueberries or any berries available to you. Frozen berries are fine too.
