Berry Porridge, Chia seeds & Nuts

Goodness in a bowel, I love starting my day with this scrumptious gluten free porridge.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup gluten free organic oats.
  2. Frozen or fresh berries.
  3. 1 heaped tbs chia seeds.
  4. 2 cups filtered water
  5. 1/2 tsp cylon cinnamon
  6. 1 tsp raw or Manuka honey
  7. A handful of your preferred nuts, ‘I usually use activated nuts, but thats for another blog’

Method:

Cook your oats with the water on a medium heat till soft, then add the chia seeds, stir and cook for a further 3 minutes, once cooked, add the rest of the ingredients, stir well together and enjoy a yummy breakfast, that’s approved by mahashouse and will set you off for the day, stabilising your blood sugar level.
