Tahini

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tbs of Tahini paste
  2. 1 grated clove of garlic
  3. 1 lemon
  4. 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar
  5. 1/4 cup filtered water
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin
  7. optional chopped herbs, such as parsley, dill.

Mixall the ingredients together and stir well with a fork till a paste is formed, enjoy as a dip, salad dressing, or on its own, I serve it with fish, minced meat and even vegetable crudite….
