Lemons/Limes…..

My hero, my superfood, the one fruit that’s never missing from my kitchen, with its alkalising effect, its a bone hero for me.

They contain unique flavonoid, phytonutrients such as hesperitin & naringenin which is full of antioxidant properties, high in Vitamin C 7 folate,low in calories.

Simply squeeze it on fish, poultry, vegetables specially leafy greens to enhance iron absorption,  have a slice of it with a warm cup of water first thing in the morning, always opt for non waxed lemons.
