I often get asked by friends & clients alike, what is a good healthy snack to help with sugar cravings?
1 date and some nuts, is my personal choice, this for me has replaced my snacking on chocolates, biscuits and so on. With plenty of potassium & natural sugars in dates, its guilt free, as long as you stick to 1 or 2 max, and don’t indulge, also having it with a handful of nuts, guarantees no spikes in your blood sugar level, and gives you part of your daily allowance of the good fats & minerals your body needs. Enjoy with a lovely cup of green tea, chamomile or any of your preferred herbal tea.
