My name is Maha Blakeway, I’m a U.K. Registered Naturopathic Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner.

I’m a Member of the Complimentary Medical Association (CMA) , The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) , The Nutrition Society (NA) & The Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) UK.

I specialise in Gut health, hormones & auto immune conditions, employing the support of Nutrition, Functional testing, Nutraceutical and Botanical Agents.

I use the world class renouned Genova labs for my functional testing. natural pain management, lifestyle changes and supplements. Having battled for years with thyroid disorder myself, after moving to the UK, I started to seek answers, and found them when I met a Naturopath in London, who was able to heal my condition through the right diet, and supplements, since then, I vowed to help others, by starting to learn, this is when I enrolled to CNM London to do my Foundation Biomedicine, then moved on to study Naturopathic Nutrition, Functional Medicine, nutrigenomics & Endobiogenic Medicine.

I’m practicing mainly in the UK, I’m also the first U.K. registered Naturopath practicing functional medicine in Egypt & the middle East online, I use AnalytikaDNA labs in Dubai for the Middle East Genova testing,

My Philosophy:

Firm believer of ‘give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, teach him how to fish, you feed him for life’ I’m all about teaching, which is one of the Naturopathic core principles, so my main philosophy is for one to get the nutrients he/she needs for good health, through diet/food as a number one source, hence why I have a recipe blog, all my recipes are nutrient dense, and will help you achieve a long term healthy lifestyle, rather than short term, weight loss management. Its what I personally cook and feed my family through my study of Nutrition. Some people will need to supplement, if their life style doesn’t allow them to cook/eat well, even then; you have to ensure taking the right form of supplements, that are non synthetic, preferably organic food based and excipient free.
