My Philosophy:

Firm believer of ‘give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, teach him how to fish, you feed him for life’ I’m all about teaching, which is one of the Naturopathic core principles, so my main philosophy is for one to get the nutrients he/she needs for good health, through diet/food as a number one source, hence why I have a recipe blog, all my recipes are nutrient dense, and will help you achieve a long term healthy lifestyle, rather than short term, weight loss management. Its what I personally cook and feed my family through my study of Nutrition. Some people will need to supplement, if their life style doesn’t allow them to cook/eat well, even then; you have to ensure taking the right form of supplements, that are preferably organic, food based and excipient free.
