Truly one of the highlights of my life, was visiting the beautiful African country of Zimbabwe, with such kind, lovely people, walking with Rhinos at dawn was particularly invigorating for me.
Whenever I visit a new country, I’m usually intrigued about their staple diet, and how it impacts their health, in this case Zimbabweans eat a staple called Sadza, which is made of finely ground maize, mealie-meal they call it, and a green vegetable that accompanies it, on a game park I tried it, and although its an acquired taste, I have to admit, it wasn’t half bad.
This is one country where I would love to go back to….
